While talking to PEOPLE about her tour and how her life has changed in the past year, Perry commented that many things almost did not happen because people doubted she could pull things off. Looking back on ‘The Lifetimes Tour,’ Perry shared that the 91 Show World Tour came with a lot of challenges, which also included her split with Orlando Bloom in April 2025.She shared, “It was probably the hardest time. My friends were all hanging out back home. I was crying and just feeling far away. But then my angels went to work. They really showed up.” She later opened up about how things started getting better for her and how she ended up finding love with the former Canadian Prime Minister.Justin Trudeau had shown his support for her concerts before; however, the two first sparked dating rumours in July 2025. They later made their relationship more official after being spotted in public in Paris a couple of months later. While talking about the ‘Lifetimes’ tour, Perry added, “I learned how to step back into my purpose, and I got the greatest gift from this tour: I got to meet the love of my life.” She continued and revealed that she had made a list of ten things she wished for in her life, which she believes helped her manifest her romance with Trudeau. She commented, “No. 10 just says, ‘True Love.’ And I think that’s where we’re at.” Since going public, Perry has posted about Trudeau on her account on multiple occasions, and the two have also accompanied one another to various events to provide support.Katy Perry has been celebrating the worldwide release of her concert film titled ‘Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris,’ which premiered in theatres on September 2, 2026.
