ROHTAK: The three-day National Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on the theme “Next-Gen Revenue Management and Applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Hospitality” was successfully concluded at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Rohtak. Sharing this information, Lecturer Vikas Deswal of the institute stated that the programme aimed at strengthening academic understanding of emerging technologies and modern revenue management practices in hospitality education.On the third and final day of the programme, Dr. Rachna Bharti conducted an inspiring session on Wellness, in which she discussed in detail the importance of physical and mental well-being of educators. This was followed by an important session by Shambhunath Gautam, Principal, IHM Rohtak, on Artificial Intelligence (AI), validation, and its practical applications in hospitality education.On the occasion of the valedictory function, the certificate distribution ceremony was organized in the gracious presence of Chef Ajay Sood and Chef Jai Kumar Bhasin. Both the distinguished guests interacted with the participants and encouraged them to continuously update themselves in line with the latest technologies and trends of the hospitality industry.The programme formally concluded with a vote of thanks presented by the Programme Coordinator, Dr. Shweta Kumar, who expressed gratitude to all the resource persons, guests, participants, and members of the organizing committee. The National FDP further reinforced IHM Rohtak’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and future-oriented hospitality education.
