Debutant filmmaker Uday Chauhan’s film ‘Pallaburusu’ starring Sudhakar Reddy and Murlidhar Goud received huge appreciation on its theatrical release on August 14. Based in a village, the film has a humorous yet meaningful take on a father and son’s relationship. After debuting on the big screens, the film has now hit the OTT world.

The production house took to its X handle to reveal that ‘Pallaburusu’ is digitally streaming on Prime Videos. Backed by Tollywood star Nagarjuna’s banner, the makers wrote, “Mana #Pallaburusu ippudu mee intiki vacchesindi”.The film is currently available to watch in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
Plot of ‘Pallaburusu’
The basic plot of the film revolves around a village in Telangana. The film shows an old man who goes to the police station and complains about his adult son. His problem is very simple. His son refuses to buy him a toothbrush.Apart from Sudhakar Reddy and Murlidhar Goud, the film also stars Gomathy, Prajwal Yadma and Sujatha in important roles.Although the film couldn’t make big numbers at the box office the film was critically praised for its refreshing take. Renowned filmmaker Anurag Kashyap also praised the film as he took to his Instagram handle to give a shoutout.
