The latest celebrity to get caught up in one such controversy is Johny Lever’s daughter Jamie Lever, after AI-generated videos claiming that she was set to marry Govinda and Sunita Ahuja’s son Yashvrdhn Ahuja began circulating online. Jamie has now reacted to the rumours, stating clearly that there is no truth to the wedding claims.
Jamie Lever initially found the AI videos funny
In an Instagram video, Jamie recalled that she initially saw the funny side of the AI-generated clips, with her and her cousins sharing a laugh and passing the videos around among themselves. The situation, however, turned serious once she started receiving calls from people congratulating her on her wedding.“I know that a lot of people are concerned about my wedding. They are wondering if it is happening and when it is happening. And because of this, some AI fake videos have been made that are circulating on the internet. Initially, I found it quite funny and enjoyed it. My cousins and I were sending the videos to each other and laughing a lot. But now it has reached a point where I’m getting a lot of calls from people congratulating me,” she said.
Jamie Lever calls the videos completely fake
Jamie made it clear that the videos, along with the information being circulated, are completely false. She also joked that the rumours had unexpectedly backfired on her, as people who had real marriage proposals for her had apparently stopped reaching out, thinking she was already getting married.She said, “But all these videos and the information are fake. It has started causing a bit of a problem because I’m getting calls from people congratulating me, and the genuine marriage proposals that were coming my way have also stopped coming. So please don’t do this.”
Jamie Lever asks people to take down the videos
She acknowledged the creativity that went into making the videos but asked those who had shared them to take them down.“I don’t know who started this rumour, but the AI videos people have made are very creative. Me in bridal attire, in a wedding outfit and all that — it’s quite creative. But you have got enough views now, right? So you can remove those videos now because you’ve already got the views,” she said.Jamie further clarified that there was no truth to the wedding rumours, adding that those waiting for an announcement would have to wait for the real news.“But yeah, this is just to tell you that these videos are completely fake. For those who were getting happy about my marriage, I’m sorry, there is still more time. You’ll have to wait for the real news to come out. And for those who were a little confused, let me clear it up for you — this information is wrong,” she added.
Jamie Lever calls Yashvrdhn Ahuja her younger brother
Without directly naming Yashvrdhn, Jamie clarified that the person with whom her wedding was being linked is someone she considers her younger brother. She also revealed that they are working together on a film.“And the person with whom the marriage information is being circulated is my younger brother, and we are also working together on a film. He is my brother. He is much younger than me. So please don’t make unnecessary videos. It’s really bad,” she said.
Yashvrdhn Ahuja to debut with Hero Ki Horrorine
