The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has started the online registration process for Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) Counselling 2026. Candidates who qualified in TS EAMCET 2026 and are seeking admission to Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), and Pharmacy courses can apply through the official website.Eligible candidates can complete registration, pay the processing fee, and book slots for certificate verification through the counselling portal.
Eligibility criteria
Candidates who have qualified TS EAMCET 2026 and secured at least 45 per cent marks in the group subjects of Intermediate or an equivalent examination are eligible to apply under the OC.Candidates belonging to other categories must have secured at least 40 per cent marks in the qualifying examination.
First phase counselling schedule
The first phase of counselling will begin with online registration, fee payment, and slot booking from today, June 19 to June 28, 2026.Certificate verification for candidates who book slots will be conducted from June 22 to June 29, 2026.The web options entry process will remain open from June 25 to July 1, 2026, while candidates can freeze their options on July 1.The mock seat allotment result will be displayed on or before July 4, 2026. Candidates will be allowed to modify their options between July 5 and July 7, and final freezing of options will take place on July 7.The first phase provisional seat allotment result will be announced on or before July 10, 2026. Selected candidates will have to pay the tuition fee and complete self-reporting through the website between July 10 and July 14, 2026.
Second phase counselling dates
The second phase is mainly meant for candidates who did not participate in the first phase. Authorities have clarified that fresh option entry will be mandatory, and choices submitted during the first phase will not be carried forward.Registration, fee payment, and slot booking for such candidates will be conducted on July 17, 2026, while certificate verification will take place on July 18.Fresh web options can be entered from July 18 to July 19, and option freezing will be done on July 19.The second phase seat allotment result will be released on or before July 22, 2026. Candidates must complete tuition fee payment and self-reporting between July 22 and July 24.Physical reporting at allotted colleges will be held from July 25 to July 28, 2026. The last date for cancellation of admission is July 28, while colleges will update joining details on July 29.Candidates allotted seats in the second phase must report physically to their colleges. They are required to submit photocopies of certificates and the original Transfer Certificate (TC) and obtain an acknowledgement from the institution.The council has stated that candidates who fail to report after second-phase allotment will not be eligible to participate in the final phase of counselling.
Final phase counselling schedule
Candidates who did not participate in the earlier phases can register during the final phase.Registration, fee payment, and slot booking will be conducted on July 31, 2026, followed by certificate verification on August 1.Fresh web option entry will be available from August 1 to August 2, and candidates can freeze their choices on August 2.The final phase seat allotment result will be declared on or before August 5, 2026.Candidates allotted seats will have to pay the tuition fee and complete self-reporting between August 5 and August 7, 2026. Those receiving a change of branch or college must report to the allotted institution during the same period.Colleges will update joining details on August 8, 2026.
Counselling fee
To complete registration, candidates must pay the prescribed processing fee online.

- All other candidates: Rs 1,200

Here’s how to apply:
- Visit the official counselling website.
- Click on the “Pay processing fee” link.
- Enter the required details, including registration number, date of birth, and Intermediate hall ticket number.
- Fill in the Basic Information Form with Aadhaar number, mobile number, email ID, caste details, EWS details, and other required information.
- Pay the processing fee online.
- Book a slot for certificate verification.
- Submit the form and save a copy for future reference.
